Captain Rex Rolle currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Western Air and served as President & CEO since the airline’s inception in 2000 to December 31, 2023. Capt. Rolle holds a United States FAA and Bahamian certified Airline Transport Pilot license with a type rating in the Metro III. Captain Rolle is a former US FAA certified Flight Instructor, Certified Instruments Flight Instructor, and Certified Multi-Engine Instructor with 40+ years of experience as a professional pilot, aviation executive and consultant. Captain Rolle is known for his sharp, unconventional leadership, often setting industry trends throughout the region.
