Experience

Bachelor of Arts degree in Zoology for Indiana University, a Doctor of Juris Prudence, with honors, from Indiana University, Indianapolis Law School, a Masters of Law in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center, and completed the four-year program of Education For Ministry from the School of Theology, University of the South. Served as a trial attorney for the Tax Division of the United States Department of Justice in Washington D.C. He now practices law in Indianapolis, Indiana, limiting his practice to Estate Planning, Probate, Taxation, Elder Law, Wealth Preservation and VA Benefits.

Mr. Scott also served as an interpreter in the U.S. Air Force Security Service.
