Not every item can be made in every color or material. Certain materials are not suitable for every shape of the bag.
There are additional charges for exotic/special materials that need to be ordered.
The standard production time frame is normally 2-4 weeks as long as all materials are in stock. Production time may be extended in the event we need to order any materials.,We offer customers to secure an item ahead of time with a pre-order option. Pre-orders require a partial payment of 50% due at checkout and the remaining portion is charged to the original method of payment at the time of shipping. ,Bebe Mursalin bags are delicate and require care. We advise the following basic instructions:

Store your bag in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight.
Keep your bag stuffed with paper when not in use to preserve original shape.
If your bag comes in contact with water, pat dry with a clean cloth and allow to air dry.
Avoid rough and abrasive surfaces to ensure scales or fur do not rip.
Additional information:
Python, alligator, suede, and various furs require additional care.
We do not recommend exotic materials for everyday use due to the delicate nature of these materials.

Some furs are prone to unavoidable shedding. Note that wearing black will potentially make fur visible on clothing.
Dark denim washes can potentially transfer onto lighter shades of leather.
Products such as oils, lotions, and perfumes can potentially damage the material and discolor hardware.
Python scales can start to lift if rubbed against rough surfaces.
